During the 2 training days, the trainers applied active and participatory educational methods such as group discussion, case analysis, sharing experiences ... which made the participants open to join and it is easier for them to learn.

One participant shared: "…when I attend the training, I was surprised that the class had no desks to write in and I did not know how the instructor would communicate. After two days of training, I enjoyed this very new teaching method. The way of working in the classroom is very friendly, and people get along, share ideas, and learn from each other. I work in the social sector for many years, but through this class, I find myself very subjective, I realize that I must know the mind of the others to help them effectively”.
The participants respectfully learned lessons from the activity: Helping others should not be imposed but must according to the needs. Most of the participants look forward to attending more training sessions.
