The training is conducted in the form of introducing the contents of the Disability Law, and then, in each session, participants’ questions about the particular cases they have experienced in the local region will be answered. For some training content that participants did not have question on, due to the fact that it was somewhat novel compared to the local level of development, the trainers also give examples of relevant cases for better explanation and demonstration
Mr Nguyen Van Cu's training content goes hand in hand with answering PWD’ questions related to: level-of-disability-based social benefits, tuition refund policy for students with disabilities in financial difficulties, amount of disability benefits for single parents with disabilities who are raising their children, level of disability measurement methods in the locality, and level of disability reassessment if PWD experience decrease in health status, and what can the certificate of disability be used for? ... Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Hang, Specialist from the Office of Social Assistance and Social Evils Prevention, Department of Labor, Binh Dinh is in charge of answering related questions.

Participants' questions were answered according to the present local implementation of the Law on the Disability This training was also an opportunity for people with disabilities to compare the policies they are receiving with the actual Disability Law.
Ngo Van Uan, a blind man living in Hoai Duc commune, wanted the teaching conditions of Braille to be improved for blind people. He said, "Here the blind are numerous, most are Braille-illiterate., there is no place for blind people to learn Braille yet. What does it take to open a “Blinds’ School" in Hoai Nhon? Where blind people can learn to use Braille, have a formal education, or vocational training, as in Quy Nhon? ". The inquiry has been noted, the Department of Labor will coordinate with the relevant departments to look into this issue and the answer will be provided as soon as possible.
