The 3-day training on "club planning skills" for the executive board of PWDs was held at DRD office in Binh Dinh from 23 to 25 August 2018. The training course aims to assist the Executive Board in making a strategic plan, implementation plan and financial plan for the period 2018 - 2020.
At the end of the training, participants learned from experiences in developing a strategic plan based on the needs and aspirations of members and the status and characteristics of each organisation to choose the way of development, not the desire of the leaders. After selecting the path, the next step is to determine the means to achieve the goals and break down the tasks so that there is not any mission and activity missed. At the same time, based on the implementation plan, a budget plan was made for the period 2018-2020. They also identified which actions would be contributed by their club members, which external resources will fund ones.
